Candidate must be a bona fide resident of the United States and of the State of Delaware and a resident of The Town of Millsboro for at least ninety (90) days next preceding the Annual Municipal Election; and at least eighteen (18) years of age; and each of the qualifications for Town Councilman shall be continuing qualifications to hold office
