Candidate must be a bona fide resident of the United States and of the State of Delaware and a resident of The Town of Millville for at least ninety (90) days next preceding the Annual Municipal Election; At least twenty-one (21) years of age; Each of the qualifications for Town Council member shall be continuing qualifications to hold office
