Candidate must be at least eighteen (18) years of age; shall have resided in the Town for at least one (1) year immediately preceding the date of election; and shall be a qualified registered voter (as defined by this Charter) in the Town of Ocean ViewEach Council Member shall be at least eighteen (18) years of age; shall have resided in the Town for at least one (1) year immediately preceding the date of election; and shall be a qualified registered voter (as defined by this Charter) in the Town of Ocean View. Filing fee: $50. No petition signature requirement.
