Eligibility Requirements
The candidate shall be a bona fide resident of the City of Newberry; a resident of the State of Florida, and a citizen of the United States of America; shall be duly qualified to vote at City, State and National elections; shall be over the age of twenty-one (21) years; shall have maintained a primary, principle, and physical residence within said City for six (6) months immediately preceding the date of qualification.

Filing Fee:$421.2. Petition signature requirement: At least 1% of the total number of registered voters in the city as of the last general election for the office
