Eligibility Requirements
Any qualified elector of the Town who has been a resident of the Town for at least six (6) months prior to the date of qualification for office may qualify for the Council. The candidate must have resided in the district for which he/she is qualifying for at least six (6) months.

No filing fee. Petition signature requirement: 15
