Eligibility Requirements
To be eligible to hold the office of Town Commissioner of the Town of Hillsboro Beach or to qualify for nomination or application as such, the candidate shall be a bona fide resident and citizen of the Town of Hillsboro Beach and a citizen of the State of Florida and of the United States of America; shall be duly qualified as a voter; and shall be over the age of twenty-one (21) years.
Filing Requirements
Filing Fee:$100. Petition signature requirement: At least 1% of the total number of registered voters in the city as of the last general election for the office
