Eligibility Requirements
The individual shall be a bona fide resident and citizen of the Town of Lauderdale-By-The-Sea, shall have resided in the said town for the six (6) months immediately preceding the date of election, shall be a registered voter pursuant to Florida law.
Filing Requirements
Filing Fee:$25. Petition signature requirement: 1% of the registered electors of the city as shown by the compilation by the Supervisor of Elections for the last preceding general election.
