Eligibility Requirements

Any qualified elector of the town who has resided within the corporate limits of the Town of Orange Park for not less than twelve (12) months prior to the date of qualification, and who meets the qualifying standards of the Florida Election Code, may qualify for election to a designated council seat

Filing Requirements

Filing fee: 5% of the annual salary, signature requirement: Ten (10) percent of the qualified city electors.
