Eligibility Requirements
Members of the city commission shall have been full-time residents of the city for at least two years immediately prior to qualifying. They shall be electors in the city.
Filing Requirements
Filing Fee:1% of the annual salary of the office being sought by such candidate. Petition signature requirement: 1% of the registered electors of the city as shown by the compilation by the Supervisor of Elections for the last preceding general election.
