Eligibility Requirements
Each candidate shall be a qualified elector of the city and shall reside and continue to reside during the term of his or her office within the boundaries of such district.
Filing Requirements
Filing Fee:1% of the annual salary of the office being sought by such candidate. Petition signature requirement: 1% of the registered electors of the city as shown by the compilation by the Supervisor of Elections for the last preceding general election.
