Eligibility Requirements
Any registered elector of the City of Groveland who has established primary residency within the City limits twenty-four months prior to the first day of the qualifying period
Filing Requirements
Filing Fee:1% of the annual salary of the office sought (in addition to state election assessment). Petition signature requirement: Ten percent or more of the total number of registered voters of the city for the immediately preceding general election (if qualifying via petition method in lieu of paying filing fee)
