Eligibility Requirements
A bona fide resident of the City of Belleview; a resident of the State of Florida, and a citizen of the United States of America; shall be duly qualified to vote at city, state and national elections; shall be over the age of eighteen (18) years; shall have resided in the city for one (1) year immediately preceding the date of election
Filing Requirements
Filing Fee:Three percent of the annual salary of the position being sought (in addition to state election assessment). Petition signature requirement: One percent of registered voters residing in the district (if qualifying via petition method in lieu of paying filing fee and/or party assessment)
