Eligibility Requirements
Any elector of the city shall be eligible to hold the office of mayor provided they reside in the City of Key West at the time of qualification
Filing Requirements
Filing Fee:Four (4) percent of the annual salary of the office sought. Petition signature requirement: Three percent of the registered electors of the city, as shown by the compilation of the supervisor of elections for the county for the last preceding general election (if qualifying via petition method in lieu of paying filing fee and/or party assessment)
