Eligibility Requirements
No person shall be eligible to serve as an elected officer of the Town of Briny Breezes, Florida (Mayor and Aldermen) unless he or she is a citizen of the United States, a registered voter in Palm Beach County, Florida eligible to vote in Briny Breezes municipal elections, and a resident of the Town of Briny Breezes, Florida who resides at least six (6) months out of twelve (12) months of each year in the Town of Briny Breezes and who is available to attend Town Council meetings during said period.
