No person shall be eligible to an elective office of Jupiter Inlet Colony unless he shall be over twenty-one years of age and a registered voter of Jupiter Inlet Colony, and unless he shall be a citizen of the United States and an owner of real property situated in Jupiter Inlet Colony.
