Eligibility Requirements
Candidates must be registered voters who have lived in the village and their district for at least one year.
Filing Requirements
Candidates must submit a written notice of candidacy and a filing fee of $100. In lieu of the fee, candidates may instead attempt to circulate a petition and submit the signatures of 10% of the registered voters in the village.
