Eligibility Requirements
Any elector of the Town shall be eligible to hold the office of Town Commissioner provided he shall have been a resident of the Town of St. Leo, for a minimum of six (6) months prior to assuming the office of Commissioner.
Filing Requirements
Filing Fee:1% of the annual salary of the position sought. Petition signature requirement: At least 1% of the total number of registered voters in the town as of the last general election for the office
