City Legislature in Pinellas Park, Pinellas County, Florida

Must be: At least 18 years of age, A registered voter of Pinellas County, A resident of the City for 18 months immediately prior to qualifying for election.

Candidates are required to submit petitions containing 200 registered electors' signatures and no fee OR 40 registered electors' signatures AND a fee of $50.00. Also pay assessment fee of $195.06 (1% of annual salary). Law requires that a candidate must also file the following: Form 1 Statement of Financial Interests, Loyalty Oath and Oath of Candidate (Form DS-DE 25 for Non Partisan Office), Appointment of Campaign Treasurer and Designation of Campaign Depository (Form DS-DE 9) and within 10 days file Statement of Candidate (Form DS-DE 84)

Submit paperwork to the county supervisor of election's office.
