Eligibility Requirements
No person shall be qualified to run for election as mayor, or to be elected to the position, unless he/she has first been a full-time resident of both the city and the district which he/she seeks to represent, for a period of twelve (12) months next preceding the last day on which he/she is allowed, by law, to qualify as a candidate for the position of city commissioner.
Filing Requirements
Filing Fee:1% of the annual salary of the position sought. Petition signature requirement: 15
