Eligibility Requirements
All elected officers shall be citizens, residents, and electors of the city over the age of 18 and in addition, shall have resided within the corporate limits of the City of Midway for a period of at least one year prior to last qualifying date and be a qualified elector under the laws of the State of Florida and eligible to vote within the City of Midway and shall continue to be a resident of the city during the term of office.
