Eligibility Requirements
Each member of the commission shall be a qualified elector of the county and shall be a permanent resident within the corporate limits of the municipality for a minimum of twelve months prior to qualifying for election
Filing Requirements
Filing Fee:1% of the annual salary of the office being sought by such candidate. Petition signature requirement: 1% of the registered electors of the city as shown by the compilation by the Supervisor of Elections for the last preceding general election.
