About this position
The Supervisor of Elections administers all federal, state, county, municipal and special district elections in Walton County in accordance with the Florida election code, the federal Help America Vote Act of 2002 (HAVA), the National Voting Rights Act of 1965, the National Voter Registration Act of 1993 (NVRA), the Uniformed and Overseas Citizens Absentee Voting Act (UOCAVA), the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), and federal voting rights laws.
