Eligibility Requirements
Must be at least 25 years of age, the owner of real property in the corporate limits of said city, shall have resided in the City of Adel a period of at least 2 years and shall be a registered, qualified voter of the State of Georgia and of the City of Adel.
Filing Requirements
Filing Fee: 3% of gross salary from the prior year; petition signature requirement of 1 percent of the total number of registered voters eligible to vote in the last election for the specific office if unable to pay filing fee.
