Eligibility Requirements
Must be at least 21 years of age, the owner of real property in the corporate limits of said city, a resident of the City of Adel for a period of at least one year and a registered, qualified voter of the State of Georgia and the City of Adel.
Filing Requirements
Filing Fee: 3% of gross salary from the prior year; petition signature requirement of 1 percent of the total number of registered voters eligible to vote in the last election for the specific office if unable to pay filing fee.
