Filing Requirements
Filing is 3% of the annual salary of the office; Signature requirement of partisan candidates unable to pay filing fee is 0.25% of eligible voters in the previous election for this office, Signature requirement of all independent candidates is 1% of eligible voters in the previous election for this office.
