Eligibility Requirements
Each of whom shall be qualified electors and shall have resided in the village at least one year next preceding the election or appointment except as provided in 65 Illinois Compiled Statutes 5/3.1-20-25(c), 5/3.1-25-75(b), 5/5-2-2 or 5/5-2-11.
Filing Requirements
No Filing fee. Signature requirements: For the Consolidated Election, not less than 5% of the total number of persons who voted in the last regular election in the district or political subdivision in which such district or political subdivision voted as a unit for the election of officers to serve its respective territorial area
