Sanitary District Board-Sewage District Board in lagrange-highlands-school-district-106 County, Illinois

No filing fee; Signature requirement: Partisan Candidates: 0.5% of the qualified electors of his or her party who cast votes at the last preceding general election within the county (or any sub-county political district). Independent Candidates: Not less than 5%, nor more than 8% (or 50 more than the minimum, whichever is greater) of the number of persons, who voted at the next preceding regular election in such district or political subdivision
