Must be at least 21 years of age, a resident of the city for not less than 1 year prior to his or her election, a qualified voter in the city, and shall reside in the city throughout his term of office.
Filing Requirements
$50, Candidate's signature and two (2) registered voters of the same party from the district or jurisdiction from which candidate seeks nomination.
