Eligibility Requirements
Candidate must be at least 21 years of age and a citizen of Kentucky. Must have resided in the State at least 2 years at time of election and in county at least 1 year next preceding election. Must have been a licensed practicing lawyer for at least 2 years.
Filing Requirements
Filing fee: $50. Signature requirement: candidate's signature & signature of at least 2 registered voters of same party from the district/jurisdiction from which candidate seeks nomination.
