Eligibility Requirements
Each of the said four councilmen shall be not less than twenty-one years of age at the time of his election and each shall be a citizen of the United States, and for one (1) year immediately proceeding his election, a resident of the City of Cumberland.
Filing Requirements
File with city clerk, must have campaign account must disclose campaign finances to city, $150 filing fee for President of council, 450 for councilmember of a district
