Eligibility Requirements
No persons shall be eligible to become a candidate for election as a Commissioner of Ridgely unless he/she shall have attained the age of 25 years, and shall have resided within the said Town at least one year prior to the date of his or her election, and shall be qualified to vote for State offices under the Election Article of the Maryland Code.
