Eligibility Requirements
No one shall be eligible to be elected to the office of mayor unless he or she meets the following qualifications: (a) he or she shall be a qualified voter and entitled to vote at the municipal election of said town, (b) as of the date of the election, he or she shall have attained the age of 25 years, (c) he or she has been a bona fide resident of said city for one year prior to the date of the election.

Filing Fee: $50. No petition signature requirements.
