Eligibility Requirements
Candidate must have resided in the town for at least 2 years prior to filing as a candidate. Candidate must be a registered voter in the town. Candidate must not have been convicted of or plead guilty to a felony, misdemeanor, or crime involving moral turpitude or misfeasance or malfeasance in office. Candidate must be at least 30 years of age. Candidate must be a U.S. citizen.
