Meet eligibility requirements
Candidate must have resided in the city for at least 2 years immediately preceding election, and must reside in ward from which elected. Candidate must be a qualified voter of the city. Candidate must be at least 25 years of age. Candidate must not have been convicted of a felony or misdemeanor involving moral turpitude.
