Eligibility Requirements

Must be residents of Brunswick, and, if running for a district seat, a resident of that district. Shall not hold any other town office or town employment; no public school teacher shall be eligible to serve.

Filing Requirements

Candidates must gather a minimum of 25 and a maximum of 50 signatures. No voter shall sign more than one petition for each office to be filled, and should a voter do so, the signature shall be void except as to the first petition filed.
