Eligibility Requirements
No person shall be eligible for election to any office established by this act, unless at the time of election they shall have been a citizen of the United States and a resident of the City for at least three (3) months. Any office established by or under this act shall become vacant if the incumbent thereof ceases to be a resident of the City
Filing Requirements
Office of Mayor and At-Large Offices. Petitions must be signed by a number of registered voters of the City equal to at least fifteen (15), but not more than twenty-five (25) from each of the five wards of the City. The petition may not be signed more than one hundred twenty (120) days prior to the election in which it is to be used.
