About this position
The clerk shall keep the corporate seal and all the documents, official bonds, papers, files, and records of the village, not by this act or the ordinances of the village entrusted to some other officer.

Filing Requirements
Filing Fee of $100. In lieu of filing fee, nominating petition requirment of a minimum of 6 and a maximum of 20 registered and qualified electors residing within the village
