Eligibility Requirements
No person shall hold any elective office of the City unless he has been a resident of the city or the territory described in Section 1.1 of this Charter for at least 1 year immediately prior to the last day for filing petitions for such office and is also a qualified and registered elector of the city on such day and throughout his tenure of office.

No filing fee; signature requirement of 50.
