All members of the board, both provisional and permanent, shall be qualified and registered electors of the city on the date of their election and/or appointment, and not more than one (1) member of the city council, and no employee of the city, shall at any time be a member of the board
Filing Requirements
No filing fee; signature requirement of 1% of the total number of votes cast for the mayor in the last election in which the mayor was elected
