Eligibility Requirements
Representative must be at least twenty-five years old, have been a citizen of the United States for at least seven years, and be an inhabitant of the state they seek to represent.
Filing Requirements
Filing fee is $0; signature requirement is 1000-2000 signatures for Republican and Democratic candidates and 3000-6000 signatures for candidates without a political affiliation.
