County Commissioners comprise the County Board and are the governing body of the County. The Board of Commissioners establishes policy and provides oversight for the County's budget and operations. Each member of the Board of Commissioners represents a separate district.

Eligibility Requirements
Candidate must be an eligible voter in Minnesota, 21 upon assuming office, resident in the district for 30 days before general, cannot have filed for another office at the upcoming primary or general election.

Filing fee is $50; or signature requirement of 500 instead of the filing fee.
