Eligibility Requirements
Any person shall be eligible for the office of Mayor who shall have been a resident and a registered voter of the City of Florissant for at least two (2) years immediately prior to his election. He shall be at least twenty-five (25) years of age at the time of his election. A person shall not be eligible for such office if he shall have been convicted of malfeasance in office, bribery, or other corrupt practice.
