Eligibility Requirements
Candidate must be a qualified elector of the district and a practicing attorney admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of Mississippi for two years.
Filing Requirements
Filing Fee is $250 for all candidates; Signature requirement of 100 qualified electors independent candidates wishing to get on general election ballot without partisan primary.
