Candidate must be a registered voter residing in the district in which they are seeking office. The candidate may not be an employee of the district.
Filing Requirements
Filing fee is $25 if district receives gross annual revenue of more than $40 million and $10 if district receives gross annual revenue of less than $40 million; Signature requirement is 10% of total voters who voted for Governor or President at the most recent statewide election, not to exceed 2,000.
