Eligibility Requirements
Only registered voters who at all times during the term of office are and remain residents of the Town shall be eligible to hold the office of Councilor. To be eligible for election to the office of Councilor a candidate must be of voting age and must have been a resident of the Town for at least thirty (30) days immediately before filing for the election.
