Filing Requirements
No Filing Fee. Petition signature requirement: at least 1%, but in no event less than 25, of the registered voters of the municipality or the ward
Paperwork Instructions
Submit paperwork to the municipal clerk's office (for party candidates); submit paperwork to the county clerk's office (for independent candidates).
