Eligibility Requirements
The municipal judge shall be a qualified elector of the city and an actual resident within the city limits. He shall be over the age of twenty one (21) years and have at least the equivalent of a high school education.
Filing Requirements
Filing fee $50, may be waived if Pauper's Statement is submitted to County Clerk; no nominating petition required
