County Legislature-Executive Board in Churchill County, Nevada

Candidate must be a resident of the district for at least 30 days prior to the close of candidate filing, at least of 18 years of age and must be a qualified elector. County and township officers are ineligible for the office of County Commissioner

Filing Fee: $100. Petition Signature Requirement: Major party candidates can paying the filing fee or have 10 or more registered voters file a certificate of candidacy. Independent Candidates, a number of valid signatures equal to at least 1% of the total number of ballots cast at the last General Election for the office for which the candidate seeks electio, or 100 valid signatures of registered voters if the candidate is a candidate for any office other than a statewide office..
