About this position
The Town Trustee of Trust Funds is responsible for the town's perpetual care funds, charitable trusts, and capital reserve or expendable trust funds. Trustees of Trust Funds make the decisions regarding expenditure from these funds based on the wishes of the donor in the case of privately donated funds or based on the investment policies within the town.

Eligibility Requirements
Every elective officer of the town at the time of his election and throughout his term of office, shall be an elector of the town.  Every other officer of the town at the time of his appointment and throughout his term of office shall be an elector of the town
Filing Requirements
500 signatures or 5% of the district's registered voters affiliated with the party whose nomination you are seeking (whichever is lesser)
