Eligibility Requirements
Representative must be at least twenty-five years old, have been a citizen of the United States for at least seven years, and be an inhabitant of the state they seek to represent.
Filing Requirements
Filing fee is $0; signature requirement of 5% of enrolled voters of the party in the district or 1,250, whichever is less (party candidates); or 5% of the total number of votes cast for governor at the last gubernatorial election in the district or 3,500, whichever is less (independent candidates).
